2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Electronic components damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.

  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products.

  • Software, licenses, digital products, and downloadable content.

  • Products with broken seals, missing accessories, or physical damage caused after delivery.

  • Items returned without proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We may offer product replacement or exchange instead of a refund when:

  • The item is defective under warranty.

  • An incorrect item was delivered.

  • Stock is available for replacement.

6. Warranty Claims

Products covered by manufacturer or supplier warranty will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms. Warranty periods vary depending on the product category and manufacturer.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Himalayan Solution will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
